Going from Blue to Black to Red Topic

I don't know if there's an exact threshold for the skills, but are there rough estimates for amount of growth before a blue attribute turns black and then until it turns red?

may be off by 1 point but i use 20 when blue-black and 7 for blacl-red

low potential (red) is 0-7
(low-low 0-3; high-low 4-7)

average potential (black) is 8-19

high potential (blue) is 20+
(low-high 20-27; high-high 28+)

(and I think its actually orange not red due to red/green colorblindness IIRC)

I think those ranges are correct...

When player has the potential to reach 100 it turns black at 79. I think high potential starts at 21.5 which means black is up to 20.49 points of improvement?

almost dac...
low is 0-6 (low low 0-1, high low 2-6)
medium is 7-20
high is 21+ (low high is 21-27, high high is 28+)

the only one that im not positive on is the low low 0-1, could be 0-2, but i don't think so...
