So recruiting ends tonight and wanted to know if the was a cycle at 11:00 and another one at 12:00 or is there just one left. I have a guy that is not considering anyone but I have some effort in him and have enough money left to get him. Just not sure if I need two cycles since he's not considering me or if I should not spend it cause its to late?

I know that you can still spend money after the 11p and the world doesn't add your recruits til 2a so my guess is that you can still recruit that last cycle.  I've never been in a position to have to do it though.
