Posted a final four guess for Knight D3 hopefully it gets some views and convo.

Has been given major update for non-conf ending please check it out, comment and get some discussion going, also let me know what info/writing people would prefer as I'm doing to get people active so let me know what people like.  This is just to get it noticed so people might check the Knight forums more regularly.

I'm also doing this for Wooden as the season just started.  I'll try to do a pre-tourney for Phelan.  Have a end of season for Tark going, and will get those 2 going come next season.  I'm hoping If I get the ball rolling in all my worlds other people can take over for me and I don't have to write for multiple divisions for multiple worlds as then I'd only do 3 main posts a season, as it would become too time consumer.

Let me know if you would like certain worlds covered and if there is enough people wanting it to make it worth my time, or hopefully someone else takes the initiative.  I'd be willing to write a quick template so its easy to get started as its really not that hard and I bet theres a lot of people interested, just not doing it themselves heck I bet a group of people could do it for a single world if 1 person coordinated.

Also completely a bit random, but I'm thinking of making like a "tutorial" so not like a "real guide" but more like just basics of how to do simple things like setting rosters, practice plan, etc if there is enough interest so new players could have a "tutorial guide" and then once they figure out the basics they can read like aejone's guide or continue to ask questions on the forum,

This is all part of my plan from the forum post about how I'd start doing stuff to get activity going as it really is more fun that way, and WIS doesn't do and no-one has something completely like what I'm hoping for, I've seen some threads scattered in worlds though which is nice.

Good luck.  Seriously.  It's hard to get people active like what you're suggesting.  Not saying it's impossible, of course, but having been here for close to a decade I'm just telling you that it's difficult.  Again, good luck.

Yeh I know it will be tough and not work out like I plan, but as long as I even get 2 people besides me chatting in the forums, it'd be worth it.  There's a lot of people lurking that post sparily,hoping I could bring them out, I mean its not hard and doesn't take too long to write 3 sentances on post season predictions in a group chat.  even if its just agreeing or disagreeing with me or someone else.

and then maybe make it easier for newer people as besides the 'how do I do...." you don't see a lot of newer people stick around the forums a lot.

Pseudo does something similar in Rupp, which I always enjoyed reading, the problem when it's all on one guy is that it can become a lot. And then sometimes life gets in the way. Even for one world, much less several. I think the developers would be well served to nominate one user per world per division to blog on what is happening in those worlds regularly and give them free seasos or something. The "news" reels the system does are just lame.

Man I could come up with a hundred ideas to improve interaction and usage. But they'd all have to work over time to see results.

Bullman also does a great stats analysis, for preseason and pretourney odds that are great to look at.

Hopefully more people can follow in my footsteps and either start for a wolrd/division I don't do, or add on to what I do and then maybe I can lower to only 1-3 divisions to write on.  However I plan to work on every world I am in until someone feels willing to help out.

There so many options to make this game more interactive, hopefully some of my tickets are seriously considered this month!
