The Rewrite History Progressive II is in need of an owner for the Indians for our 3rd season. This will be the 1921 season. They pick 3rd in the 1921 Rookie Draft.

Rules for the ReWrite History Progressive
In the first four rounds of the draft you can only draft rookies that played for your team at some point in their career (1IP or 1AB qualifies them to be drafted by you) after the 4th Round all players can be drafted by anyone. Any players who were undrafted from previous seasons or were cut from an active roster can also be drafted by all teams (and during the first four rounds if you don't have a rookie that you'd like to take.

Players who only played for one of the four defunct teams (Cubs, Braves, Browns & Senators) can be drafted by anyone.

Players who played for only one active team will be assigned a Round Number and must be drafted in that round by the active team, or they will be open to be drafted by anyone at the start of the next round. For example Riggs Stephenson played for only the Cubs and Indians and since the Cubs are not in the league he can only be drafted by Cleveland. He was assigned Round 1 so the Indians have to take him in the 1st Round or at the start of the 2nd Round he will be eligible to be drafted by everyone. This pick can come at any point in the round, so if the Indians had someone else they'd like to take at #3 they can trade for another 1st Round Pick and take Stephenson with that pick.

Once a player is drafted they can be traded to anyone without restrictions.

As you can see the Indians have Walter Johnson. Johnson only played for the Senators so he was open to be drafted by anyone since the Senators are not in our league and was taken by Cleveland in the Initial 1919 Draft.
