I promised 2 guys starts and 25. They both started, but only got 21, and transferred. Now my reputation is C. What effect will this have on recruiting? Also, like anybody would actually transfer in this situation. That's just sillllllly

Little to no impact on recruiting.  It would only be something to worry about if you plan on switching jobs soon.

Ab I am thinking what's the difference between offering 10 or 25 minutes in a player liking you and playing for you? I guess once you promised a start and offered 10 minutes, you won't gain a lot by offering 25... Am I right? I never go over 10 minutes, is there benefits to go 25?

Almost none of my players ever get to 25 mpg, so I would never offer that.
