Offer redshirt? Topic

If I put in a lot of effort (Ex: 10 HVS) accompanying an "inform of redshirt" will it 100 % assure that the player won't knock me off the considering list if I'm the only one on it? I want this recruit to redshirt but he's high on the list of divisional players so he may not go for it.

I think you'll be fine.  As far as I know, the only players that won't accept a R/S during recruiting are the top 50 their position in D1.

Ok thanks. Do I even need that much effort then? Would 3 or 6 HV's suffice you think?

I'll send either 4 HVs or 2 CVs just to be safe (depends on how far away the kid is), but others have said they use 3 HVs or 1 CV.
