Is there a general Stamina guideline anywhere?

Don't know, but  to be a quality team you should be shooting for 80+ at all 3 levels/

For your starters, maybe, but you can be very competitive year-in, year-out with a team stamina in the 70's... I don't know if I've ever had a team stamina of 80+.  I mean, yes, feel free to "shoot for" 80+, but in Knight (almost the end of conference play) there are 19 teams at 80 or above in D3 and 16 in D2.

80 is extremely high, unless you're running fastbreak/press combo.

I meant it more in terms of minutes vs. fatigue. If anyone knows what stamina numbers should correlate to actual minutes without substantially fatiguing a guy.

ie. the player has a stamina of 65; how many minutes should he realistically be playing on the high end?

It depends on the tempo and O/D.  With a 65 STA playing man/triangle (average fatigue sets) at normal tempo expect somewhere around 21 minutes.

There was a chart awhile back on this that included a ton of factors but I can't remember the title of the thread.
