Is there a setting to where It puts in my Closer every save opportunity? I'm tired of my Starting pitchers going into the 9th inning and blowing the 2-3 run lead. Sparky always puts him in on 1-run games so I don't have a problem there but there should be another setting I'm missing that puts in my closer every save opprtunity

If you have SPs blowing leads late, it sounds like your PCs are too high. Lower them a bit, check their IP/G to see how far they can actually be expected to go.

In the Advanced Settings for Pitching Staff you could also increase the Call Bullpen number.

I have Walter Johson who'll make it thru 8 innings at 80 pitches sometimes and 120 other times. I might do call to the pen but really I just want the closer in

I would suggest a different method: Set the pitch counts a little lower for your starters first of all and set all the other relief pitchers to Long B or Setup B and to come in no later than the 6th or 7th inning. 

Set your closer instead as Setup A and to come in in the 9th, but with a one-inning pitch count - no more than 15-20.
