Which would you rather have in terms of rebounding. Is it close? How much does Player B's athleticism enhance the 70 rebounding rating?

Player A 70Ath 90 Reb 
or
Player B 90Ath 70 Reb

From my experience, Player A would be nearly a 10% better rebounder, all else equal.
