Manually Drafted AAA? Topic

This option for a league sounds interesting to me but I'm not exactly sure what it means. Could someone clear it up for me? Didn't find any search results.

Instead of the computer generating fake AAA for you at the start of the season, you draft your own. After you select your main 25, you get an additional salary cap to select the specified number of additional players that begin the season in AAA. You can move them around however you like once the season starts.

There is also an option to draft the AAA players without a salary cap.

Is the pool of players available to be drafted as AAA open to all player-seasons in the database? Or are there restrictions of some kind?

No, it's doesn't have everyone, but there is a nice selection to choose from. For example, in the WAA AAA player pool the highest dollar values are over $9 million.
