I've literally had them start dropping the first full cycle -- send out my first batch of phone calls to judge interest in the mini-cycle, got the like a pole vaulter straight-up response from the kid and then got to the top of my mails and had a second email from the guy telling me he wanted to be a big fish in a little pond.
