Wats the most I can put into offense defense iq before the results are diminishing ??

The consensus is 25 minutes for an O/D, and 20 minutes for an individual practice category.

keep in mind - when one says "diminishing" returns it is not like it hurts to do so - at some level - 20 or 25 mins, I dont know, the marginal extra minute produces less than a full minute of effect - say 95% at first and lesser % the more you add.
