WIS tends to "hide" or "bury" theme league classifieds for those customers who aren't clued-in, or who aren't necessarily prone to delve the depths of forums. They make it so people can go along with either OL's or themes with just their tools, and get along, as if the classified don't even exist.  Create a team and bing, they're in!

Are there ways that we can gain better mind-share with these grazing SLB users, to get them to pay attention?

It's even more difficult right now, with recruitment going on for two huge tournaments. In-depth SLB owners buy in to those and leave other interesting themes in the dust.

Are there ways we can replenish the pool, by bringing in the more superficial grazers?

How about if we revise the titles of all the TL's in process that use the classifieds, prefacing them with, "Hey You! Dummy!"
