If you really want something to discuss, check your next draft(assuming it's not resolved before then).    The projected ratings on the player card do not match the ratings on the draft board set-up.   It's only a few points(biggest difference I saw was 6) but it was on every player I checked.    And all player cards show 0 temper.

I imagine there's something there to exploit but I'm not taking the time to figure it out.

Since everyone seemed VERY concerned with an actual potential problem, WifS is looking into this and plan to fix it.

That's kind of the thing.   I've had no reason to even need to check the development pattern of another team's player because I'm not looking to trade for prospects.   In his current seasons, the OP has made 3 trades(total) with his two teams.   Only one player rec'd was a prospect(3rd year pro).   Maybe he's constantly checking players for trades.   Or maybe he's created a "problem" that doesn't really exist. 

I am more concerned trading for the player in his 30s, and not seeing the fade rate. I know what to typically expect (decreases in power, speed, fastball, etc..) but I've seen some RPs stay at 70 overall through the age of 38. Now I am more likely to go after a FA, where I can properly gauge that.

Of course, this applies if you have 0 ADV or 20 ADV.
