Athleticism / Speed Topic

If i have a player who has the potential to improve his athleticism and speed, what can i do by way of practice plans to help them improve that?

Athleticism and speed (as well as stamina and durability) are all improved by putting minutes into Conditioning ('C') in the practice plan. Since the minutes are being split between four categories, you'll want to assign more to see the best growth there (I generally allocate 15 to the category).
