At D3, Cali is a real hot-spot for JUCOs. Anywhere else in the country, it's hard to rely on recruiting them consistently IMO. When I structure my classes with my Santa Cruz team, I plan on JUCOs popping up for me. With my Averett team, I have yet to take one on because there are far fewer on the East coast and way more schools to recruit them, driving the price way out of proportion.
