Can someone refer me too a good guide for these two


Before playing I studied recruiting and identifying talent more than anything. During my offseason I'd like to study up on this aspect of my coaching.


Just entering my second season on this game

I was 4-1 vs the top 100 and then 14-8 against non top 100. Lol



Also I'd like to thank the number of coaches who gave me direction on items over the past two months. Made this game more fun than if I just came in knowing nothing.

I think returning four players and recruiting 8. Hurt me alot against teams with high iqs

I know there are some really good threads here about distribution. Just do a search. And yes, having such a large turnover will normally make you take a step back, but hey, at least you have your own guys in there now.
