Are you able to redshirt an ineligible after sitting out a year and still get 4 years of eligibility?

Pretty sure the answer is no. In the NCAA you get 5 years to play 4 (unless you get a medical/hardship waiver). I'm guessing it is the same in whatif.

EDIT: I misunderstood your question. My apologies. I believe the answer is no as referenced above because you only get five years to play four.
