When does the site run these considerations ??

Is it every three hours like recruiting ??

The first day there is not acceptance until 2am, so it's a full 24 hour cycle. After that im pretty sure it's every 12 hours 2pm, 2 am, not sure if it;s more often on the last day.

The first part is correct in that there's a full 24 hour cycle before any decisions are made.  After that I'm fairly certain it's every 3 hours like recruiting.
