They were both theme leagues. I don't remember which league the .097 was, I just remember the .097. The second one was a $120 million with pick your own AAA that plays more like a $180 million league. So he was facing top notch pitchers batting half the time in Petco and hit .524. Crazy!

You're talking about the batting average of a player with 80 real life AB/162 games.  If he's not being overused, that means approx. 90 simmed AB.  You said you don't want to hear about "small sample size" but...that's a small sample size.

To give you a more extreme example of what we're talking about here: my 1910 Joe Jackson goes 3 for 5 in a game, yours goes 0 for 5.  Is the sim broken?  How can one hit .600 and the other .000?  90 AB isn't a whole heck of a lot more significant than 5 AB.

I know it's a small sample size, I just didn't want to hear it. :-) I'm just not sure that the system they use isn't way more complicated than it needs to be. Strat-o-matic had a simple system and it worked. 

Ahhhhhhhhhh  Strat-O-matic.    Loved it.   Grew up on it, well not really. I was already old, but still.   Strat was great. The Football edition was just as good IMO.
