If you offer a recruit a scholarship then withdraw it is that bridge burned or can you still get him to sign if you offer another one?

it carries negative value, but you can reoffer and still sign them if you send some more effort

When I reoffer a schollie, I send a Home Visit as well. I've never had one refuse after that. I might even be wasiting the HV. I'm not really sure.

I do the same thing when offering a Redshirt. Usually two HV's and he does it whether his message was compliant or not.
