Let's say there is only one team getting in that is projected higher than 64. That team won the CT, all others are human coached and are below 50 in the projected report.

Does it says : 63 highest in, they leave out 64?

Let's say a team is 80th in the projection report and they win the CT, they obviously get in. If they are the only team higher than 64 on the PPR that wins the CT, then #64 on the PPR is going to the PIT, and #63 is going to the NT.

This is assuming all of the teams 1-63 on the PPR are at or above .500
