I just started my first D1 job at Lehigh (Phelan).  The school is currently at D- prestige.  For recruiting, what is the highest ranking that I would be able to pull down?  For that matter, at what rank would I not have to pull down?

I looked around for a bit and couldn't find the answer to this, so let me know if there is a post with prestiges/ranks.  I'm curious about what recruits I'll be able to get as my prestige goes up.

The highest I've gotten is high 60's.  I'd say search 65 as the lowest.  The highest I've gotten a positive response is 64.  I believe the best player ranking wise I have signed is 68/69 but def not the best overall player.

The best I have gotten recently without a pulddown is 93?  I don't think I called anyone in the 80's.  Another thing to note is overall rating I think around 550 and under and 80+ ranking is usually right away and I think around 580/590 for pulldowns in the 60's and 70's.

I'm not a great DI coach by any means. I've managed to build one DI team up from D- to B+ or so, though, so take this as you will, but...

I wouldn't worry about how high you can reach with a D- prestige. At DI, prestige differences mean a LOT more than at DII and DIII. Focus on lower DI guys with potential (and even some great DII guys) rather than trying to reach and get the high talent - you can get some of that later with better prestige.
