I know for sure that I need a replacement for elonsmitty.  On 7/15, I site-mailed River_Rats (the last one on the wait list), but he hasn't opened the site-mail yet.  I will give him until Friday.  If no response, then evil_twin will take his spot.

Also, dezball has not opened any site-mails since 7/08.  If he doesn't get a team in by Friday morning, he will have accumulated 10 penalty points and I will be forced to replace him.

I have heard back from ryan_horner & mussopini23 - they are working on their teams.  I will give them a little leeway.  But if they don't get any teams entered this weekend, I will have to replace one or both of them.
