I've been toying with the FB offense on a couple of my teams now for a few seasons, relatively successful but I really seem to struggle against zone teams!! I would like to hear from some experienced FB coaches on the most effective ways to attack the 2 different zones. I've always tried to give more distro to my PER guys against the 2/3 while backing off the LP guys distro a little and the opposite against the 3/2 but I'm not seeing much success. Another thought I've been tossing around is if I'm a strong rebounding team that jacking up more 3's against the 3/2 could lead to a ton of offensive rebounds which in turn (I would think) greatly increase tip ins and second chance points but goes against the whole idea of what the 3/2 is designed to do and I don't know if the decrease in 3 pt. % is worth the increase in "easy" buckets and attempts. Thanks for the advice/opinions in advance!!
