I want someone to tell me I'm not crazy please. When you have a team option and decline the option, does the player not become a free agent, not on your free agent list but in the general FA pool? I have a player on my roster who I bought out, yet somehow he was resigned as a free agent on the same day I declined his option, mind you this was on free agent re-sign day, not the general FA period. I contend it is an error and want the salary credited back to me because he shouldn't be on my roster. I am being charged the buyout plus salary now. ????

When you decline a mutual or team option, the player then shows up on your FA list.  He does NOT go directly into the general FA pool.

Assume it's Hardball Dynasty – Fantasy Baseball Sim Games - Player Profile: Elston Rucker.   You're paying the buyout plus the 3.8m re-sign.   And it looks like you re-signed him at 7:14 PM after declining the option at 9:55 AM.
