I've been noticing in several of my leagues, even though I have Pinch Hitting set for "Rare" I have been having 3 or 4 pinch hitters appearing in each game. Also true for stolen bases. Set for Rare and I have a 33 speed 1B trying to steal twice in a game. Anyone else been noticing this? Do I really have to set them to never?
