Should I cut him Topic

I just finished my first season at Tampa in Crum and this sophomore has dropped off a large amount already. Should I cut him and how would this affect my reputation? I don't think a junior that low needs to stay at d2.

Did you change his practice settings from his ineligible season????  The most he should possibly need at this point is 5 minutes in SH.  The rest can be distributed normally!!!!

At this point, you may want to "consider" cutting him anyway. With a work ethic that low,  it will be hard to get his ratings up to where you want them. Not to mention, aside from the IQ, you probably can get a better freshman that you'll have for 4 years. More than likely, Lancaster will stay about the same during the offseason. In reality, you probably lost 2 seasons of gains, the first season losing all of those points and using the second season(jr year) to get back to where he should've been at the end of this season.

Yeah, I'd cut him at this point and consider it a lesson learned I guess.
