D-II or D-III ability? Topic

I have signed this youngster, and his scouting reports kept saying that "I think with some work, he'll be a decent Division II player - although he would probably sign with the right Division III school" etc etc.

My assistant gives me the following scouting reports. Somehow he couldn't figure out his passing with 8 scouting trips, which either means I need a new assistant or this guy is a ball hog.

Athleticism 23 High/High
Speed 56 Average
Rebounding 1 Low
Defense 31 High/High
Shot Blocking 1 Low
Low-post 10 Low
Perimeter 53 High/High
Ball Handling 49 High/High
Passing 44 High
Durability. 87 Average
Stamina 81 Average
FT Shooting Average

Question is, given that I'm reading that he "would probably sign with the right D-III school" does that mean that some/all of his high/high potentials are on the low end? I've already signed him, but I'm wondering if others have experience with the D-III comment and lower potentials.

No, don't pay any attention to that part of the message.  There is no way to know exactly how high a high/high potential is.
