I am looking at these conferences and see like Notre Dame in the Big East and many teams in the wrong conference because of changes in College Athletics

I thought it might be cool to have each human coach in the conference after each season be able to vote if they would like a school to move to there conference. If so then an invitation could be sent to that school for inclusion, and that school could decide yes or no. Each coach could submit a list to the coaches chat or privately for a school they would like to include and the vote on that school's inclusion.

It could also foster some discussion in the coaches chat, and have some communication between coaches in some conferences that have few humans as a side benefit as well

There could be some upper limit of the number of schools within that conference

You mean more than 12 teams in the conference?  or replacing a team but keeping it at 12 total teams?  I think the math could never be done to make conferences accurate or have the current IRL (changing every year it seems) conferences because it would make the conference schedule too wacky.  Plus, does that mean you drop the conference tourney for Ivy's?  Changing the 10 OOC, 16 Conf games, and CT would introduce WAY too many variables.

It sounds like a fun idea!  But, guyo is correct. It'd be too complicated and unfair to some teams.

An even more interesting idea...let coaches vote a school OUT of their conference. LOL   I can see a Wake Forest- NC State- No.Carolina  coalition kicking out Duke and forcing them into the Big South Conference

A similar thing in the PS3 march madness game ... whenever I wound up making it to a Big6 team they would promptly be voted out of the conference and there I was, Virginia Tech in the Big south lol
