I don't get why I can't see projected ratings of my own players while waiting for the season to start (pre-budgeting). If you have already been the owner of the franchise before, why not allow them to be shown, makes no sense to me. I can understand if you are just taking over a team having to budget prior to knowing that information, but as an existing owner, I think its dumb. Any thoughts?

if you were to keep your ADV scouting the same , it wouldn't matter. but you may raise or lower your budget thus getting different projections.

You don't get projected ratings pre-budgeting because you don't have an ADV budget for them to be based off of.
