The WIBL Progressive League is currently In the stretch run of the 2008 season, and at the close of the season, will have 1 opening. 

The particulars of the league are that it's 24 teams, DH in AL only, no fictitious AAA, but there is a AAA draft after the regular portion of the draft, up to 25 keepers. Yes to IR. Draft order is determined at game 120 by a straight reverse of the standings, ties broken by h2h...30 win minimum to qualify for top pick or you fall to 4th pick.

By the way...we plan to go through 2017, or maybe 2018, depending on what year it is when we catch up to present day. So either of these teams, with the proper drafting and trading, can become a very good contender within just a few seasons.
