player happiness question Topic

So I have this guy I promised 15 minutes to.      At one point in the season he was under, he complained, his WE dropped.   I fixed it, he thanked me, and his WE went back.    Then I was looking at him again just now and his WE is down again, and sure enough, OOPS I am only giving him 13.6 minutes.

My question is timing - the regular season just ended and my first game in the CT should be a blowout win.   If I start him and get him back to 15, will that solve the problem now?    I have noticed that stats continue to accrue into the post season but with many things I have been told the post season doesn't count.         Is it to late to fix this or should I count on this guy walking at the end of the season?

I think it's too late to fix it, but I doubt he'll leave your school. However, his WE may not return to it's former level.

I think there was a thread on this a while ago. His WE may not fully recover, but I'd make sure he got 15+ in each CT game and would expect him to stay put.

CT games cannot hurt you in terms of minutes, but they can help you, if i remember correctly. i wouldn't rule out getting that WE back, seems to me it could go either way, i believe there is an additional cycle of "player happiness processing" that happens after the 2nd or 3rd CT game or something.

Me. Gillispie is absolutely correct. I had this scenario where I fell below the promise, but brought it back during a nice conference run, and got back all but a point of two of WE.
