The same way MikeT has one with 41k forum posts, on top of mentoring duties to his forum followers such as yourself. It doesn't take as much time as you think.
I'm not sure that's an apt comparison(even if it's somewhat accurate). Took me 12 seconds to type this. But it's probably true in that everyone sees a lot of something and says "How does he have time for anything else!??!"
