I am at the All Star Break and my top two draft picks still have not signed, with my first pick stating, "Your offer is fair, but I'm still not sure about what I want to do. Going to college would sure make my folks happy, but playing pro ball would make me happy. I'll let you know what I decide." I have never seen a draft pick take so long to make a decision on signing. Is this unusual or am I screwed? I have had to pass on several international prospects because of my outstanding offers to my top two choices, and it has become very frustrating.
