Looks like there is more diversity in defenses being run by the good teams. Man to man used to be the thing to run....Give some input on your thoughts of other defenses. I have never ran anything other than man to man

Press you need either elite ath or spd(speed being more important), only problem is sometimes losing the foul battle against man/zone teams since they don't foul
