School has signed 6 Freshman (7 open scholies). One scholie still open.

So why are other Freshman still considering this school when they can't sign any more Freshman?

I believe the answer is as silly as it may sound: recruits dont know about the artificial limit for human coaches (Sims dont have that limit)
