What does it take to get a new job? Topic

I have 7 straight winning seasons averaging over 20 wins per season, 3 conference tournament championships, 4 conference championships, 5 straight seasons in top 100 RPI, 1 ranked season and I am not qualified for any jobs. I just want to move to a mid major and not be in a bottom feeding league.

At Béthune-Cookman, you probably are qualified for D+ gigs. So you could join us in A-10. We'd like to have you. St-Bonaventure's a great landing spot.

the most important bit of data is the one you didnt mention - you have been to the NT three times in a row (I suppose you did say you won the CT, which implies that)

on the other hand, no NT wins - an NT win would be a big help

If simmy simpkins is saying not qualified, you probably need another trip or two to the Dance, a win in the Dance would be big.

you're not qualified for anything D1 at all? with 3 NT trips out of 4 seasons i'm surprised you're not qualified for at least the lower end A10, MWC, and CUSA jobs. it's silly if that's the case.

were you eligible for any job the prior season after three straight NT bids?

not making the NT could actually be enough of a negative to take you out of jobs given the heavy weight on the most recent season
