I'm going up against a top 15 team and my PG is my leading scorer (25 PPG). His PG has a DEF rating in the mid 80s, would it be better to give my PG less distribution for this game or lean on him?

to me this depends on the other team really, if he is your only option then i guess lean on him but if you can exploit somewhere else that would be best

Yeah, what defense do they run, if m2m than can you afford to switch positions. If zone or press no worries. I would rather change positions than give him less distro

You should leave him at PG, since your current SG has too poor BH/P to play PG.  Your opponent is running a zone and although their starting PG is decent, his defense will be coupled with their dreadful SG.  I always believe you should dance with the one that got you there, and refrain from making big changes in big games.  You have a very good offensive team, but I think your lack of any true ball handlers will catch up to you in the tournament.

I am also surprised to see your PG and SG combine for only 5 TO's per game with you running the FB and their BH/P.

This is my first year with the team, I'm aware that BH is an issue for sure. Why will it be more of an issue in the tournament? And is there anything I can do or just stick with what I've been doing and hope?

More of an issue in the Tournament as you have much better teams there .. especially after the first round.  Good coaches also usually pay more attention and game plan more in the tourney.  Also, if someone had to use a promised start or promised minutes, they don't have to meet those in the post season .. also JR and SR will not complain for playing time in the post season.  So you will not only face better teams, they will be optimized to win (and only win), not to make sure players hit minutes, starts or growth.

So, to win there, you have to have a well rounded team.
