What's wrong with my team? I feel I have about the same lineup as last season, except maybe I am a bit weaker in PER, in P and in REB at the SF. But I upgraded DEFENSE and ATH.

Nothing is clicking. No idea what to do honestly.

Don't bother playing Big 6 teams, there 99% guarenteed losses, winning against decent sims or other mid major humans will help much more in rpi.

Team passing is really poor for D1, which is a big reason you're shooting 43% from the field against the 111th SOS.  As TJ said, no PG really hurts as well.
