Division 1 Backup Topic

I heard somewhere that you cannot pull down a player at Division 1. Does anyone know if this is true or not? I could swear I have done it before, but I also remember recently trying like 50 scouting trips on a guy and it not working.

Yeah, you can.  Low enough prestige the higher level guys can be pulled down or drop just like other levels.  ST's vary a bit

definitely, sometimes it seems like it takes 50 scouting trips, and if that's the case, you wasted your money, because someone else will get them for 1/10 your expenditure. been there! 

had some success doing this in more isolated recruiting spots though
