I read that draft will improve your reputation if you have a player selected. So how does it work? A player of mine was selected 58, which is the first player that I got drafted. I am getting what? A minimal bump to prestige?

The answer is that It depends. You get a small bump for 2nd rounder, bigger bump for 1st rounder, but no single draft pick, even #1, moves you up a full 1/3 grade - depends on whether you're a high B+ or a low B+.. For example, I ended year in Crum LSU as an A, had two 2nd round draft choices, and remained an A once the season rolled.
