SIMS and International Recruiting Topic

Just wondering if SIMS recruit internationals from the same 450 (or whatever it is) mile distance they recruit everyone else from?  If so it seems like they would be tough to knock off of.  Thanks

The distance is 200 miles and as far as I know, yes, they recruit internationals at that distance as well.
