Is there someone that can help me get the most out of the pitching on my team please. 

Your SS and 2B are well UNDER the recommended defensive glove and range ratings.    If you are unfamiliar with the recommended ratings, go to  <GM> <Edit Rosters> and click on the hot link for any position.  You will see the following :

You need to upgrade all three positions defensively.   Priority #1 of those three upgrades is that You REALLY need to find a true SS.   Your pitchers will thank you.   If you have trouble finding a 2b... you could move Powell, your current SS int the 2b role... he appears to be better at 2B than any of your current guys, albeit he is still under the recommended range for a 2B.

I would check your minors for a stud defensive SS first.    Forget the bat.. you just want defense.   If you cannot find anyone in your minors, then check the FA pool.

Think of your current SS situation as a player who cannot get to enough ground balls.   The ones he does get to, he is handling at an average rate.   For those he gets to and handles... his arm strength is limiting the guys he throws out.   It's a pitcher's nightmare at the most important defensive position on the field.

I checked your minors... no SS studs in sight.    You gotta hit the FA market, waiver wire, or make a trade.   Maybe unload some of those 2B for a defensive SS who can't hit worth a damn.   Scour opponents minors for a guy like that and offer up a few of those 2b-man.  

You also REALLY need to upgrade your CF because his range his letting balls drop all over the outfield because he can't even get to them to TRY and catch them

It's not only your defense.  You've failed to make about 56 plays you should have made compared to league average; given that 40 of those plays or so are on the infield, you've lost about 30 runs in that way, which is a quarter of a run of ERA.  That's important-- but it'll be nigh on impossible to fix the fielding at game 136, and you can fix your staff a little bit.

Start Wainhouse, Correa, Merced (pitch count 65/70), Eyre, and Wagner (and Wagner's pull rating = 5).  Give Shields, Park, Eovaldi and Rath the important bullpen roles.  Try to use the other guys only when you have to.  If you make the playoffs go to a 4-man or even a 3-man rotation dropping first Wagner, then Eyre.

Nieves and Buckley are dreadful; Buckley would get raked in AAA.  Even this late in the season you can find better FA.  

Then, next offseason, upgrade the hell out of your defense.
