With the draft, if you are looking to get the compensatory pick I know you want to list guys that are "Probably won't sign...", but what is the the chances they will sign? Does the chance of them signing go up if they are a lower rateed player that wouldn't typically be taken in the top 5?

If you want the pick, a guy who says 'probably won'the sign' will probably either ask for more money or straight out reject your offer.

Best to take the best player in the draft that 'probably won't sign'. I have seen once or twice where they take the first offer.

Having mom as an agent tends to push players to college instead of signing. But there's no way to be sure of drafting someone who won't sign, so definitely take someone you could live with.
