I am lost.

How much is a 95-100 Passing rating Worth in D1 if you sacrifice ATH and DEF. How low can you go?

Are you better off with a PG :

ATH 85, SPD 70, DEF 84, PER 70, BH 66, PAS, 70

or

ATH 70, SPD 76, DEF, 77, PER 74, BH 91, PASS 75

or

ATH 54, SPD 83, DEF 59, PER 45, BH 79, PASS NEAR 100 or 100

I'll take the 2nd guy every time.

It depends....the last guy is the best "pg" by sure in the sense of of distrubting the ball and making your offense better, however, he's a liability on defense in the NT...I look to attack  guys like that in D2.....you might be able to get away with him in zone or press though.........the 2nd guy is pretty blah, I don't think I would want him starting on any team that was planning on making the NT......the first guy isn't really a pg, but is a solid mid major SG, I don't think he kills you on offense, if you had some offensive studs his low PASS will hurt less, kinda, he's probably better in motion or fastbreak than triangle.....I think motion is the one that uses less PASS.....pass is pretty important though, it isn't something you should skimp on at PG, it's a little like  the ATH for offense FG%

I think this is what makes this game so good, the guy you like the best I think is the worst but we both can build winning teams.

Player #3 would fit my team perfectly, if he had a good perimeter game, despite being 50s in ath and def.

Problem with player#3 is that if you put him at the point and use him as a natural nonscoring point guard, he also has to play at that position on defense if you're playing man to man. I value the PG as the most important defensive player in a man to man, so not sure 50s ath/def would get the job done.

Don't forget I am D1, play man to man and my offense is motion.

i'd probably start the 2nd guy. the 3rd guy is a better PG but his defense is definitely subpar, and he'll likely get into foul trouble and you'll end up having your backup play more than you'd want anyway. he'd be a decent enough backup though and should be able to distribute well against reserves and probably score a bit too. the 1st guy is a solid SG as has been said.
