NFL23745 ... $108 mill cap.  Need 14 more owners .. 10 have joined already.  Cap will allow a very competetive league.  We nee to fill some of these leagues so we can play and not just invest our money.  Let's have some fun.

Just saying this only needs 6 more, I've never done one of these in Football because they never fill fast enough. Very excited
