Here's more jobs logic frustration. In Crum I'm coming off of and E8 and S16 with the Vols and my prestige is A- (went from C+ to A- in 6 seasons).

I DONT' qualify for Illinois (A+), Maryland (A+), Kansas (A), USC (A-), Virginia (B+), or Cincy (B+). Illinois and Maryland make sense and I can sort of understand Kansas. But Virginia hasn't been to the NT in 5 seasons (though they've racked up 3 PI titles in that time).

I guess it's lack of long-term success holding me back, but this just seems silly.

The valuation of duration of play time over success is crap, I really think seble ia an idiot and lose respect very single job application period I go through and then he thinks it's fine to not fix it first

can you please send in a support ticket and ask why. so they can attempt to explain of course Im assuming its due to long term success.

also zorzii he shouldn't be having to wait one more season(I don't even know if that is enough) to qualify for those jobs he should be the leading candidate right now.

i can see you not being allowed to take the top tier of jobs, definitely including kansas (a+ baseline) in that list. your regular seasons aren't as good as those post seasons, its not like you have a 2 seed elite 8 season you are coming off of - that is a big part of HD's ranking system, and is probably why you aren't eligible. however, even with what i know about the system, i would have thought you'd be eligible for the other 3. to not be eligible for cinci there is pretty crazy. you didn't have a ton of **** years either, you came from making the NT, to TN, and then had a couple rebuild seasons, couple decent ones, then a couple very good ones. doesn't add up in my head, but i guess my math is off. you must be just barely below that B+. it does look like you got some good NT luck, maybe that hurts you more than i realized - i pretty much guarantee, if you had regular seasons that matched the post season there (say 2 seed and 4 seed, for the e8 and s16), you'd be in.
