Difference between A+ or A- Topic

For offensive IQ going from an A- to an A+. Would the results be the same as say going from a C- to a C+? Also, once you get to A+ can you actually improve on your A+?

For instance, say hypothetically going from a C- to a C+ would be a 4 point advantage. Would it still be a 4 point advantage going from an A- to an A+?

I've never seen any evidence to suggest it wasn't linear.

I believe it's linear as well, but the diminishing returns people would (I think) tell you that the difference between A- and A+ isn't worth as much as it costs.

I've come to think that IQ in the sets played are generally undervalued by most all coaches.  I generally plan my teams so that senior are getting to A+ at some point.

Was it lost myth that had an analysis showing hours/units spent to grow the IQ's?  Or was that just FT's?  I don't see it in my bookmarks (add to the list of annoyances, why can I only "favorite" 6 threads here?!)

the iq scale is linear, so yes, i think it would still be a 4 point advantage.

yeah, maybe iguana.

ETA:  YES, iguana1.  This is from the mega FAQ thread.  That's really the only one you need to bookmark

Ugh, why do you need more than 6 favorite threads?  Well, what do I search for?  Growth doesn't work.  Can't search for threads about 'iq', search has to be at least 5 freaking characters.
