Joining the Naismith Cal CAA get you:

1. Great recruiting grounds(only 1 LA based schools is human coached)
2. Tough conference down the road
3. Bonus cash for recruiting
4. Excessive posting on the conference chat
5. Future tournaments/challenges I would organize for us
6. Furtheing your HD ability
7. Getting me to shut up about joining me in Naismith.
8. Experience organizing future strong conferences aka Smith CCIW

That's about it.

Trying to move to full conference in every world and sadly didn't work out as planned so have to do this on my own again.(have iba but I really like my spot, as well as Knight D3 I need to move but not until I get my big 6 job so I know where I can go, Allen if I stay D2 I would be interested in a D2 or D3 conference if I don't go D1 their.

:)

Why'd you leave DIII?  Let's encourage everyone to stay in DIII in naismith so it stays as the best DIII world.

To answer your question yes, and then I couldnt' get  into the WVIAC, so I had to take matters into my own hands, and it's going to be easier to get a D2 conf formed than convince people to form a D3 against the UAA ;)

Yeah everyone's goal should be to stop that damn University Conference from winning NTS! Texasshick did it. We are building NCAC, it's filled. It's fun. I get my JDNO and PEP beating every season in the NON-CON... But we get better.

If you want to play real DIII, best DIII, competitive DIII where sometimes you have to change your recruiting plans, come to NAISMITH.

TheOnly was in an empty conference, it makes it a lot easier... And yet, he runs away. (Smile)

Just joking TheOnly.

Yeah, NCAC... But there are other conférences that are filling too and getting better. There is a sure challenge in Naismith DIII.. I doubt you will find the same in DII...
